Lord Voldemort... or rather 'You-Know-Who' to the fearful residents of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, will finally get a face in the new Harry Potter film HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE.
Ralph Fiennes, who has grown used to playing evil villains, such as serial killers and mad Nazi creeps, is now set to take on the role of Hogwart's most powerful and evil alumnus, Lord Voldemort.
Filming has been under way on 'Goblet' since late June, with the main cast members Daniel Radcliffe, as Harry Potter, and Rupert Grint and Emma Watson as his pals Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Fiennes' scenes have yet to be filmed.
Other new cast members scheduled to start filming soon include Miranda Richardson, as Rita Skeeter, a gossip columnist for a magical newspaper, and Brendan Gleeson (The Village) as Potter's new teacher.
Also new to the Potter series of films is 'Goblet' director Mike Newell, who helmed the popular Four Weddings and a Funeral.
In the first episode of the Harry Potter saga, Lord Voldemort cast a deadly magic spell on the baby Harry Potter, which rebounded back, ripping the Dark Wizard of his body and power. Throughout the first three chronicles 'The Sorcerer's Stone,' 'The Chamber of Secrets' and the recent 'Prisoner of Azkaban,' only Voldemort's evil spirit wrought havoc. But in The 'Goblet of Fire,' Lord Voldemort gets his body back, and seeks to take out his nemesis Harry Potter.
'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' is still in theaters, and has earned $244 million since its June 4 release --the third biggest hit of the summer.
