It was a star-studded event with strollers replacing limousines. When Solange Knowles, little sister of Beyonce had a baby shower in Atlanta on Sunday.
There were over 300 family and friends in attendance at the shower, including Jay Z, Beyonce, and former Houston Rockets basketball player Cutino Mobley, recently traded to Orlando.
Yet, there was no denying who the guests of honor were. As Knowles and husband Daniel Smith capped off the festivities with singing and dancing. In February, Knowles enjoyed her matrimonial ceremony to Daniel Smith, a college football player in the Bahamas.
“It was more than just melodies and vocal expression,” Marcus R. Harris, conglomerate Music-World sanctuary told the Houston Chronicle in Tuesday’s edition.
“It was about the celebration of this new life.”
Knowles last appearance was in the move “Johnson Family Vacation.” But, I’m sure being a new mother will be her biggest role yet.
