In the rape trial of Kobe Bryant, the judge has now included all participants in the case's gag order after the accuser's lawyers gave interviews stating she may reconsider testifying. The order expands a previous order to include even people who share offices with anyone participating in the case.
John Clune and Lin Wood, the accuser's attorneys, appeared on television shows on Wednesday. On ABC's 'Good Morning America', Clune stated that the accuser would have to 'rethink' what she was going to do, especially after details of her sex life were made public.
Bryant pleaded not guilty to rape charges which were brought against him by the woman for an incident occuring in a Vail, Colorado hotel. The trial was scheduled to start on August 27.
