Ralph Fiennes has joined the cast of To play the villain in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as the evil Lord Voldemort.

Fiennes is not new to playing an evil character. In the past he has played a serial killer in Red Dragon, and a nazi in Schindler's List.

This film is not due out in theatres until November of 2005 and the movie began shooting in about 6 weeks ago.

Ralph Fiennes has been rumoured to play Lord Voldermort for the past few weeks; however, it was not confirmed until Wednesday.
