Lil’ Kim is taking her cues from other rap stars like P. Diddy and Jaz-Z and starting her own clothing and accessories lines. She recently designed a watch line called Royalty by Lil’Kim. The name Royalty plays on her nickname as “Queen Bee” of the rap world. The watches are manufactured by jeweler-to-the-stars Jacob Arobo and feature diamond bezels and interchangeable leather bands. The pricey baubles have shown up on the wrists of Ashlee Simpson, Tyra Banks and Alicia Keys. 'I love fashion and wanted to create a designer-watch collection that would translate my personal style into a product which would appeal to stylish women everywhere,' Lil’Kim said in a statement. 'These watches exude luxury,' she said but also stated the price range of $1,800 to $3,500 makes them relatively affordable.

Lil’ Kim was most recently in the news for her criminal charges on obstruction of justice and other charges stemming from a shooting in 2001. The trial was recently pushed back to February of next year. No further details are available on Lil’ Kim’s other projects but she is said to be considering launching a line of bags, clothes and a perfume.
