Courtney Loves' trial date for two drug possession charges has been set by a LA court for September 30th. Love, who has had a series of legal problems, will remain free on her own recognizance until the trial.

Last month she pleaded guilty to being under the influence of drugs, and was sentenced to a drug rehabilitation program. She also faces charges in New York City for allegedly hitting a fan with a microphone.

She will also be expected to appear Friday before Commissioner Dennis Mulcahy who issued a bench warrant after she did not show in court on July 9. She will be arrigned on a felony assault charge where she allegedly attacked a woman with a bottle. Love missed her first court date when she went in for treatment for an 'emergency gynecological condition' in New York.

She is currently free on $150,000 bail in that case.
